We are one of the first commercial centres in the country approved by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) to offer the new Management and Executive Coaching and Mentoring Awards. These awards provide an excellent route for managers to learn and apply the essential skills of coaching in a management and business context combined with the opportunity to achieve a qualification from a recognised body. The programme involves structured learning, practical coaching and is assessed through assignments and coaching practice.
As well as the latest coaching qualification, QED also offers NVQs through City and Guilds for trainers, assessors and verifiers plus care training and NVQs at all levels.
