I can't Logon!

There are a number of possible reasons for being unable to logon.

  • First ensure that your Login ID and Password are correct.
  • Your log in may also fail if Cookies are not enabled in your browser. Cookie settings can be found under Internet security options. If you are using IE 6 ensure that the slide in the privacy tab of the Internet Options dialogue box is set to 'Medium' (Tools > Internet Options)

I keep getting logged out!

There are two possible reasons for this:

  • A security feature will automatically log you out of the system if you leave the training inactive (ie do not move to a new page) for more than half an hour. This is in place to protect your account from unauthorised users. Simply revisit the log in page and log back in to resume your work.
  • The second reason involves a process called Caching. Caching is explained within your manual and / or accompanying CD.

I'm having problems but none of the above have worked!

A problem may exist with one or some of the following:

  • Scripting is not enabled in your browser
  • You have a caching issue with either the browser, the proxy server or your ISP. Caching is explained within your manual and / or accompanying CD and via the link above.
  • Ensure that your browser is at least version 5 or above. We would recommend Internet Explorer v6. Please note that we no longer provide technical support for Netscape browsers.
