The International Leadership and Management Programme for UK senior leaders has been adapted and developed through the partnership of Tribal, NAHT (National Association of Head Teachers), Fieldwork Education and ECIS (European Council of International Schools).
This is your opportunity to register and join the second cohort of the International Leadership and Management Programme – a unique, quality, relevant learning experience that benefits you personally and your school.
The International Leadership and Management Programme is a school-based, practitioner programme, designed to impact both directly and indirectly on improved student learning in your school.
You will develop your leadership capacity through a blended learning approach that includes residential, online and experiential learning.
The completion of your Personal Leadership Project can lead to both personal and school improvement. The focus of this project could be an aspect of school improvement already planned to take place.
The programme will take place over the duration of one year plus some additional preparation work.
The context for the programme is International Leadership. The Leadership and Management Models detailed here will be explored through reflection, application, face-to-face and online learning.
